My wife Annapurna, aged 45, had no health problems and was very actively involved in her work. I was clueless when she started blanking out after the onset of a headache. The headaches became more severe and more often. Our initial feeling was she was stressed out, weak and therefore these headaches would soon subside. When the symptoms didn't recede, I took her for a complete check up where she was diagnosed with aneurysm of the top of basilar artery that required surgical clipping. Dr.Sudheer treated her with endo vascular coiling as he advised that surgical clipping would be a highly risky procedure given her condition. She has no complaint till date and I am a relieved man thanks to this treatment.
